BANK ANNIVERSARY.—June 11 was the seventy-fifth anniversary of the opening of the Bank of New South Wales in New Zealand. In 1882 the bank purchased the-old Supreme Court building, Wellington, seen in the photograph, which premises were in use until 1905, when new premises were erected by the bank. They were destroyed by fire in 1906, and were replaced by the present building in 1907.
