WORKSOP EXTENDED CO

SIXTH DIVIDEND PAYABLE

At the monthly meeting of directors of Worksop Extended Gold Dredging Co., Limited, a dividend (the sixth) .of 10 per cent, free of income tax, on the capital of the company was declared. The dividend will be payable at the company's office, Reef ton, on and after July 6. This dividend will absorb £I6OO.

The transfer books of the company will bo closed from July 1 to 0, both dnvs inclusive.

A sum fd £l6O lift* been tuUled to the special reserve fund, which now stands at £1)60. With the above dividend included, this makes a total of 60 per cent, on the capital invested which has been paid to shareholders since dredging operations commenced in August, 1934.
