It is stated that, when the railcavs tire in'operation,it is proposed to institute the flag system of picking up : pas sengers. By this it will be possible for persons who may be some miles from a railway station, but only a short distance from a point where the railcar crosses a road, to .place a red flag in view of the car driver,, who will stop for the passenger to board.
