NEW YORK, April 22. Michael Jipy, aged 25, asked "the maximum penalty, even if it is 100 years," for robbing a taxi-cab driver of 14s ll*d. He received it from Judge Charles Stein. —20 years in Maryland (U.S.) State Prison.
