CONFIRMATION BILL APPROVAL OF HOUSE (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. In the House- of Representatives today, the Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. M. J. Savage, moved the second reading of the League of Nations (Sanctions Regulations Confirmation) Bill. He said the matter had already been discussed fully by the House, and lie did not intend to take up much time on it. It seemed to him t hat whatever were the opinions of members regarding the League, they would not get- very far unless they took concerted action. The Rt. Hon. G. W. Forbes said the bill was purely a- machinery measure to confirm the legislation passed last year. The bill was passed.
