PRISONERS SENTENCED
NEW PLYMOUTH COURT (Per Press Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, this day. Prisoners were sentenced 1 as follows in the Supreme Court this morning: Edwin Edwards, convicted of indecent assault orii a boy, two years and nine months’ gaol with hard labour; Alfred Hector Crook, aged l 18 years, who pleaded guilty in the lower court to seven charges of breaking and entering and theft, two years’ borstal detention ; Ilenry Thomas Barrett, who pleaded guilty in the lower court to bigamy, six months’ gaol with hard labour.
