A LISTENER 'in Turkey is reported ‘ to have claimed compensation from his local broadcasting authority because, when the barking of a dog was broadcast, his own dog flow at the wireless set and smashed it to pieces. What is more, he won his case, on the ground that the broadcasting station had 1:0 legal right to cause disturbanVe in a home and incite the fury of domestic animals.
