GUARANTEE OF FIDELITY
UNUSUAL COURT ACTION MELBOURNE, May 15. An affidavit read in the Practice Court described how Thomas Oliver Youren, of Abbotsford Grove, Ivanhoe, had transferred conditionally to his wife, now dead, a property in Ivanhoe as a guarantee that he would be faithful to her. Mrs. Youren did not register the transfer, but her mother, who was the executrix of her will, has sought registration and Youren asked for an interim injunction to prevent his mother-in-law and the Registrar of Titles proceeding With the transfer.
Mr. Justice Gavan Duffy granted the interim injunction, returnable on Monday,
