AMBASSADOR'S FUNERAL
TRIBUTES AT LONDON MINISTERS ATTEND (British Official Wireless.) Heed. 1 p.m. RUGBY, April 15. Dr. Hans Dieckhoff, of the German Foreign Office, travelled from Berlin for me purpose of representing Hen* Hitler at the funeral of Dr. Leopold von Hoesch, the late German Ambassador, in London. As the coffin was earned from the German Kmbassy and placed on a gun carriage, a salute of 19 guns was fired ji, Hyde Park. .Members of the diplomatic corps iu uniform headed by Sir Sidney Clive, the master of the corps, walked in procession, anil British Ministers who took part iu it were the Foreign Secretary. Mr. Anthony Eden, the Home Secretary. Sir John Simon, and tho First Lord of the Admiralty. Viscount Monsell. At Victoria Station a large, respectful crowd gathered. Many Germans temporarily resident in Loudon, including a considerable number of German students, were among those present.
