DUMPING OF OYSTERS
COMPLAINT AT SYDNEY SYDNEY, April 15. At a conference of oyster farmers one speaker urged that the Federal Government ibe asked to afford protection against "the dumping of oysters in States other than- New South Wales." He contended that those markets rightly belonged to the New South Wales oyster farmers. The Colonial Secretary, Captain P. A. Chaffey, who controls the State fisheries, was present, but made no comment. 1
