COMPLAINT AT SYDNEY SYDNEY, April 15. At a conference of oyster farmers one speaker urged that the Federal Government ibe asked to afford protection against "the dumping of oysters in States other than- New South Wales." He contended that those markets rightly belonged to the New South Wales oyster farmers. The Colonial Secretary, Captain P. A.
