An influential inquiry is being instituted into the circumstances in which Ihe appeal made by radio by the Empress of Abyssinia was wrecked. The Daily Herald quotes experts as suggesting that an Italian station was responsible by purposely altering the wave-length to jam the Addis Ababa transmissions, which if done would constitute a flagrant and contemptuous breach of the international allotment of wave-lengths. This jamming lias been noticed during tins past fortnight in eyely Addis Ababa, broadcast. Two Italian stations work on wave-lengths close! v approaching that, of Addis Ababa.
