Actors To Producers
[TEW actors achieve the distinction of changing their positions in the movie world from cdntracteo to contractor, for few possess the ability or the desire to turn from acting to producing. Two of the most successful erstwhile actors who have won deep respect in supervisorial positions are Douglas MacLeau and Raymond Griffith, both of whom won their first fame as screen comedians. Griffith is associate producer at a Hollywood studio, where he is at work on "A Message to Garcia" and "Under Two Flags," and MacLean,.besides serving as associate producer at another Hollywood studio, often writes the scenarios of the films he produces.
