SYDNEY EXCHANGE QUIET TONE EVIDENT SYDNEY, March 24. The tone in the investment market on the Sydney Stock Exchange to-day was quiet, due partly to the announcement of an increase in bank interest! rates. As the move had been anticipated and buyers were inclined to act cautiously, values underwent little change, although the tendency was again downward. This morning's business included : Commonwealth bonds.
