OTTAWA, Feb. 11. Notice) in. the Speech from the Throne that the Government will launch legislation tp obtain control of the Bank, of Canada has been supplemented by a notice that Mr. M. J. Coldwell (C.C.F., Rosetown-Eiggar) will move for nationalisation, not only of the Central Bank, but of all chartered banks as well.
