PLAN TO VOTE AT SEA OUTSIDE 3-MILE LIMIT (Reel. March 26, 2.10 p.in.) MEI /BOURN 10, March 26. fieri i nationals at certain Australian ports may be taken throe miles out to sea on German ships to cast their votes in the Reichstag elections. Officers of the German Consulate are endeavouring to arrange for ships carrying the German flag to leave port on Sunday and take their nationals out beyond the throe-mile limit. In a German ship the votes will virtually 'bo "on Germ:tn soil."
