GoerU was indicted mi two counts, firstly, with making a sketch, plan or note" of (lie Mansion Royal Air Force station calculated to lie useful to an enemy, and. secondly, with conspiring with Marianne K'mil." a young CSermaii woman, to cpminit offences against the Cnicial Secrets Act, 1920.
