"SETTLED OUT OF COURT"
LAWYERS' SWORD DUEL
PARIS, Jan. 27
The determination of two Paris lawyers to settle a case out of court ended yesterday morning in a brief but furious duel with swords. It was the second duel fought at the Pare des Princes football ground this month. Maitre Mouraud, who received a blow in the .face from Maitre Le Bris recently when they were upholding their clients' interests too ardently, had the bettor of yesterday's encounter. He lost his spectacles in tho first .10 seconds, but after another 20 seconds of violent but unorthodox fighting M. Le Bris was slightly wounded in the arm and the duel was stopped. ______^______
