NO NEED OF TREATIES DEMAND FOR COLONIES .MUNICH, Jan. 27. Herr Hitler created a surprise by making a two-hour speech at a rally of Nazi university students, at which he arrived unannounced' and added his voice to those demanding colonies. "Germany is now so strong that she does not need the League's help," said Herr Hitler. "She does not even need treaties of alliance."
He added that colonies are, acquired by right or might. Europe needed raw materials, .colonies, white races and an heroic conception of the life destinies it was to rule.
