TO VISIT NEW ZEALAND

Among the passengers on the'Narkunda, which reached Frcmantle today, were the Count and Countess of Wieloposky, who are going to New Zealand and Honolulu in the .course of a world tour. The Count is .a retired Colonel of Hussars in the Guard of the Imperial Russian Army, and avjis aide-de-camp to Czar Nicholas 11. lie is a Pole, and was one of those who, persecuted by the Bolsheviks, fled from the Crimea in 1010 in the British destroyer Pirate, lie lost his fortune in Russia, but retained his Polish estate, on which he now lives as a gentleman farmer. The Countess is an American, and the Count is her second husband. Both said they had heard thrilling reports" about Australia, and would spend two weeks in the eastern States.
Tho title dates back to the four teenth century, and the Count's bro ther, the Marquis Verapovsky Gon zaga, is now head of the family. •
