RAM FAIR • PRICES IMPROVE 13GNS. PAID FOR FLOCK ROMNKY Prices at the annual sale of rams held under the auspices of the Poverty Bay Stockbrokers' Association at the showgrounds were better us the morning proceeded, and just before the luncheon adjournment the bidding was keen. The top price of 13gns. was paid for a pen of shearling Romney rams, bred by Messrs. Hensou and Green, Matawai. which were bought by Mr. N. Branson; these ranis are always keenly sought. The next pen made 10|gns.

Before lunch four stud rams were offered-and ihree were sold, the top prici being 16gns., bid by Messrs. W. K, Clark and E. P. Fisher. For two shearling Romneys bred by Mr H. J. Rayner, Masterton. Prices were : On account of Bremner and Sons, Waverley.—s shearling. B£gns, F. G. Osmond.
