At a special meeting of the coiumuiidory chapter of the Order of St. John yesterday, Lieutenant-Commander Sir Heaton Rhodes, who presided, at the request of the, chairman, Colonel Siceman, presented to Colonel (!. Barclay, chief commissioner for New Zealand, an illuminated address signed on behalf of all divisions of (he brigade in New Zealand, expressing appreciation of his long service as an administrative officer, and, conveying the hope that he would long continue to control (he brigade in N*uv Zealand.
