LOWER GRADE SCHOOLS (Per Press Association.) WESDLINGTO'N, this day. The Minister of Education, the Hon. P. Fraser, stated that resignations of teachers in Grade D' schools did' not mean that, these schools would be closed. Teachers from these schools were required in higher grades because of the reentry of five-year-olds, and; the small schools would 'be staffed by uncertificated teachers now unemployed.
