As is usual with all members of the House of Representatives, Mr. liultquist has been inundated with requests from electors desirous of being placed on his free Handsard list. The statute provides that members of the General Assembly shall be entitled to nominate 75 persons to whom they desire a, free copy of Hansard to be forwarded, 'ml. as can easily lie imagined, 75 copies are quite inadequate to cope with the demand in an electorate the size of the Bay of Plenty, where there were over iiO polling places in the recent election. Mr. liultquist is being kept busy and has not yet dealt with all the accumulated business and correspondence of the oast few weeks.
