RESIGNATION OF CABINET BRITISH PLANS OPPOSED (Reed. Jan. 23, noon.) CAIRO, Jan. 22. Nessim Pasha has resigned as a protest against the British proposals to retain forces in Cairo and Alexandria indefinitely, the exclusion of Egyptian troop's from the Suez defences, the retention xor five years of the British chief of police, and also the inadequacy of the proposed capitulations. It is understood that the King has asked the United Front to consider a Coalition Cabinet.
