THIRD RACE RESULT WON.BY TAURANGA

The third race for the Cornwall Cup took place this morning in a light southerly over two rounds starting at 11,5 o'clock. The Tauranga boat was first away, followed Ijy Christchiirch, Kaiuppi, am, Wellington, with the others handy, 'tan ranga maintained its lead throughout, completing the first round at 11.7)8.10 a.m., Wellington at 11.38.45 a.m.. Auckland at 11.39.55 a.m., and Chrisfehtircl. ai 11.40.25 a.m., with the others elost up. except Lyttelton, Whangarei and Hamilton.
Tauranga improved its position in tin second round, finishing at 121.10.12 p.m.. Wellington at 12.11.57 p.m., Christchurch til 12.12.33 p.m., Auckland ai 12.12.56 p.m., Manukati at 12.14.49 p.m., Kaiapoi ai 12.17.27 p.m., Paremata ai 12.17.29 p.m.. I'limmerton at 12.17.5 i p.m.. Otago at 12.19.12 p.m., Lyttelton at 12.24.45 p.m. Whangarei and Hamilton did not finish The fourth race will start at 3 o'clock.
