RULING AT SYDNEY NEGRO AND DUTCHMAN (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) SYDNEY, Jan. 20. At the Sydney Stadium to-night a bout between the Dutch boxer Bob Dollars (11.6) and the colored American Tommy Jones (10.13) was declared a "no contest" in the third round. Jones was in good form but his opponent's display was distinctly poor.
