TRAINING NOTES

HORSES AT THE PARK THIS MORNING’S WORK Morse trainers were :)gain favored with good conditions for exercising their charges at the Park racecourse this morning. The fast work was carried out on the inside grass, which provided good going for the horses. Performing their task comfortably, Good Hunting (Zuppicich) and Smnmerlvill (J. Dornan) together covered five furlongs in rutin. ssec. Alby (J. Dornan), who ran seven furlongs in linin. 32see. was picked up a I tiie half-mile by Ruinette (Zuppicich). Chaytor (.1. Dornan) performed well over three furlongs, his time being 39 sec.

A light task was given Black Thread (Zuppicich), who may not be a runner until the local meeting. Vanestep’s work comprised trotting and cantering, his rider being J. Turnbull. Hunting Mars made a round at a slow half-pace, while Quake (X. Davis) at a strong half-pace and Minnon (N. Davis) at a three-quarter pace covered the same distance.

Dornan) went four furlongs in 51sec. Small Boy (C. Kerr) was set a light task on the plough. The Gasbag gelding and Acranna’s sister were companions in some light work on the plough. Quaint (C. Kerr) ran a working gallop over seven furlongs. Sunglare (I. Tinsley) went a round over the schooling fences.

Our Bonny (A. Tinsley) went a couple of slow rounds on tile course proper.

Taunu (N. Davis) ran four furlongs in 53sec.

Red Hunting (J. Nixon) was set a light, task on the plough. Golden Blonde (A. Tinsley) went two light rounds on the course proper. Vulpes (Rangi) went a round at threequarter pace going very freely. Lordly Knight (C. Kerr) went two rounds on the plough at a slow half pace.
