About 2500 sheep wore offered, in addition to 450 cattle, and a big crowd of buyers attended. All present expressed themselves as pleased Dial stock sales would be held in Rualorin once more, after a lapse of a number of years, and farmers were pleased with Die lay-out, of the yards. The sale was a very satisfactory one. Values were on a. parity with Ala I a whom, and everything was sold, all hut two small lines being disposed of under the hummer, the two exceptions readily changing hands afterwards.

In Die shop section, a good class of animal was included in Die offering, and prices included: -I- and 5-year ewes 225; -1-, <5-, and >B-tooth ewes,

22s lOd; 2-toot,h owes, 23s lOd and 245; 4-toolli ewes, 25s fid; -I tooth wethers, 20s 7d.

Cattle offered were mostly young, and a good sale was effected, juices including: Rolled Angus heifers, 2year, .22 His; young Hereford steers, i’.'i Ills; Rolled Angus steers, .lit 9s; cows and calves, £5; Rotted Angus bullocks, C 7 2s fid; Rolled Angus steers. 2-year. £5 ,15s; fi Hereford steers, small, £4.
