PEER’S DIVORCE
COURT USES DISCRETION LONDON, Dee. Hi. Lord Levorlmlmo was granted a divorce to-day on the ground of his wife’s misconduct with Major Seldon Herbert Long. The soil was defended. Petitioner’s ease was that the marriage was happy until 1020, when suspicion was aroused concerning his wife’s relations with Long. The court exercised its discretion in favor of Lord Levorlmlmo in the mailer of liis misconduct witli Mrs. Winifred Morris, whom he met last year and Wished to marry.
