MOB TAKES PAVING BLOCKS
♦ BRORKLY\N, N.Y., Oct. 7. A crowd of men, women and children, estimated at 500 persons by police, ripped up nearly four blocks of a Brooklyn street paved with wood blocks. The self-appointed wreckers cleaned Seventh avenue, from Vospect avenue almost to 20th .street, and carted tho paving away for fuel. Police scattered the crowd, established a guard over the neighborhood, and arrested a. pair of 14-year-old twins for juvenile delinquency.
