NOTED PILOT TO BE CITED PASSAGE IN MEMOIRS LONDON, July 22. The Daily Express says that Mr. Ken Waller is taking action against Flying Lieut. Cathcart-Jones for alleged libeL It is understood the alleged libel refers to a passage in the . latter’s “Aviation Memoirs,’’ describing the centenary air race, in which the two flew a De Havilland Comet.
