MOTORIST ON TRIAL SEQUEL TO FATALITY (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, last night, Tito quarterly sessions of the Supreme Court opened to-day before Mr. Justice Kennedy. Janies Sylvester Henderson was charged with negligently driving a motor vehicle, thereby causing the death of a boy. Evidence was given that following a collision with a motor car the accused's lorry mounted the footpath and struck a boy, who died in hospital.
