RECOVERY AND RELIEF WASHINGTON, July 19. The Treasury announced that recovery and relief schemes have involved an expendi I ure to date of £2,01 6,200,600, of which the sum of iibout £2,000,1100,000 was spent, during the Hoover administration and the balance under the New Deal.
