REQUEST FOR DISCUSSION PLAN NOT PRACTICABLE (Elec. Tul. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received July IS, 1L tun.) LONDON, July 17. Reolying to Mr. J. P. Dickie’s request that before the Western Australian secession delegation departs next week the House consider the secession petition and the .joint committee's report on it with a view to making a decision whether the petition should be received or not, the Prime Minister, Mr. Stanley Baldwin, regretted that owing to pressure of public business he .could not undertake to make special arrangements for discussion.
