WOMEN'S HOCKEY TEAM
SYDNEY, July 17. . Officials of the New South Wales Women's Hockey Association met the New Zealand women hockey players on the Sydney wharf yesterday and gave them a warm welcome.
The Mayoress received the team in the afternoon.
Later the players went to University Square for practice, and were the guesfs at afternoon tea given by the university club. ;
