Suva.—July 16: Arrived, Beatus, from Auckland. A clearing sale will be bold at Makauri on ' Thursday next. on account of Mr Jim Turnbull, which is of considerable importance to- dairy farmers and agriculturists alike. the cows, which arc all purebred, are a particularly line lot of Jerseys and should command a great deal of attention, being in excellent condition and all guaranteed sound. Besides the above a lot of Mr. Turnbull’s agricultural plant will be submitted for auction, also a quantity of hay. Light luncheon will he provided.
