LONDON, May 30. It is no out-ot’-the-ordinary thing for a mail to leave estate to his wife which she forfeits if she remarries. There have been many eases of it. Here is an opposite ease:— Thirty-seven-year-old .Mrs. Marjorie Marsh, of Lytliam road, South Shore, 'Blackpool, whose will was published yesterday, left, the hulk of her estate, value £14,000, to her husband, the Rev. John William Marsh, in trust until he, remarries, when it goes to I lie children.
