MACHINES ORDERED
COOK STRAIT AIRWAYS PROPOSED SERVICES (Per Press Association.) NELSON, this day. Cook Strait Airways, Limited, have purchased two De Havilland Dragon sixes, model SO, eight passenger machines, which will be equipped for carrying six passengers and luggage. Delivery will be given in London in October. It is expected that the service will commence in December. The approximate flying time between Nelson and Wellington will be three-quarters of tin hour or less, and between Blenheim and Wellington “0 minutes or less. There will lie two services and a return each day between Wellington and Nelson ayd Wellington and Blenheim. The West Coast timetable has not been arranged.
