NO PART OF AGREEMENT NOT CONTRARY TO IT (British Official Wireless.) Rec, noon. . RUGBY, July 15. Sir Samuel Iloare .stated in the House of Commons that the text of the Anglo-German naval agreement had been communicated to the League of Nations, and would be registered forthwith. Asked if the information recently published by the German Government regarding the ships they had laid down, or intended to lay down this year was accepted by the British Government, and was in accordance, with the Anglo-German agreement, Sir Victor Warrander replied for the Admiralty that, as would be seen by t'he reference to the exchange of notes, the programme formed no part of the agreement, but it was in no way contrary to any part of it.
