KIDNAPPING OF BOY TACOMA, July LI, Mrs. Margaret Thulin Waloy, aged 19, was convicted under the Lindbcrg Law, of kidnapping the boy,. George Weyerhaeuser, and was convicted of conspiring to kidnap him. She is 1 to be .sentenced on Wednesday.
