A AND B TOURNAMENT j . | TIIIO QUALIFYING ROUND FIRST MATCH DRAY' A qualifying round in the Poverty Bay Golf Club s A and B tournament was played on Saturday, 'under excellent conditions, the interest in this fixture being indicated by the fact that over 90 cards were taken out. The best net score returned was that of G. 11. Seddon. who grossed 84. with a handicap of 16. Most of tho leading scores were put in by players on middle handicaps, five being ahead of P>.
