STATE ACTION URGED

A request to the Government to fix the price of newspapers in Christchurch under the terms of the Board of Trade Act was made by Air. C. 11. Chapman (Lab., Wellington North), in the House of Representatives in an urgent question to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Hon. Sir Alexander Young.
