On August 8. 1934, in the Supreme Court at Dunedin, Mr. Justice Kennedy sentenced Robert Robinson, laborer, to seven years’ hard labor on three charges of incest. Yesterday the Court of Appeal varied the sentence to five years' imprisonment, with hard labor.
