MOTOR SPEED LIMIT
BRITISH KXPttRTMENT (British Official Wireless.) l!ec. 3 p.m. RUGBY, March 20. The Transport Minister, Mr. u. HOreRelisha, stated in reply to a Parliamentary question that as a result of the enforcement of the 30 mile per hour speed limit, traffic generally was moving at a more uniform rate, and its average, speed was little, if any, lower than before.
