An agreement which lias been signed handing over the Saar to Germany provides, lirstly, for the cession of the mines from France to Germany; secondly, the insurance of French private citizens and all workmen in the Saar ; and thirdly, the transfer of administration to Germany
Baron Aloisi presided, and the French and German Ambassadors, Mr. G. G. Knox, and the League sub-committee were present.
