MATAKAOA COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER AUTHORISING THE RAISING OF A REPAYMENT LOAN. VTOTICE is hereby given that the Matakaoa County Commissioner aid at the County Office. Te Araroa. on the seventh day of February. 1935. duly pass the following resolution, and that he will duly confirm such resolution at his office at the Union ! Bank Buildings. Gladstone Road. Gisborne. at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 11. 1935. RESOLUTION. “That in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by Section 10 of the ‘Local Legislation! Act, 1932-33,’ and upon the Matakaoa' County Council by Section 99 of the! ‘Counties Act, 1920.’ and by Section 17 (b) of the ‘Local Bodies Loans Act. 1920.’ and of all other powers ana authorities enabling the Council in this behalf, it is hereby resolved by way of Special Order as follows: "For the purpose of paying off the Hicks Bay Harbor Loan of £30,000. and the Waiapu County Council Debt Extinguishment Loan of £15.000. the Matakaoa County Council hereby authorises the raising of a loan up to the amount of £53,525, to be known as the London Redemption Loan. 1935. and hereby determines that such loan be raised In accordance with the terms and conditions prescribed in the Order in Council consenting to the raising of such loan, and that for the purpose of providing Interest. Sinking Fund, and other charges on such loan there shall be a sufficient special rate made and levied on all rateable property in the County of Matakaoa.” Dated this ninth day of February, 1935. D.
