BREACH NOT HEALED
BRITAIN AND IRELAND
I)IS VALERA’S COMMENT
Received Feb. 15. 3 p.m.) DUBLIN, Feb. 14
Air. do Valera, interviewed, says: ‘‘Mr. ,J. H. Thomas' statement brings back the position of 1932. I agree that it is no use blinking the facts, and accordingly bring to' Mr. Thomas notice the most vital fact that history lor 750 years has proved that the Irish will not, for any consideration, abandon the right to determine their own destiny, choose the political institutions they desire, and judge the extent to which they will associate and co-operate with other nations.”
