Halo Veil Craze
J7VERY Frenchwoman, writes a Paris correspondent., is wearing a veil, either the halo veil which stands out, like a lacquered cobweb brim, or veils across the brow, the eyes, or the tip of the nose.
The dazzling veil with a gold or silver embroidery border makes interesting play upon the eyes, and the black, with a border of lacquered ratlin, is also arranged to give flattering brilliance to eyes Which are faultlessly made-up with colored eyeshadows and bronze, green and blue cosmetics.
