INCREASES IN STOCK ,TWO V*EARS' PROGRESS (Received February 6, noon.) MOSCOW, Feb. 4. M. Chernov, Agricultural Commissar, reports a great improvement Th stock breeding. The number of cattle on January x increased by 31 per cent, compared with January 1, 1933; hogs, 118 per cent.; and sheep and goats, 11 per cent. The Government plans the provision of 70,000 new collective cattle breeding farms in 1935.
