MAYORS UNFAVOR ABLE
(Received .January 5,2 p.m.) PARIS, Jan. 4. Sounded regarding the f possibility of receiving 30,000 emigres from the Saar if the plebiscite favors Germany, the principal French Mayors and Prefects, except the Mayor of Roubaix, who is a Socialist, replied discouragingly.
